Do I need to be a member of ADRP to register for the virtual event?|
ADRP membership is not required. ADRP Zooms In is open to all!

What is the registration cost?
Registration is complimentary for ADRP members and $125 for Non-Members.

What is the registration cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] by September 21 to receive a non-member refund (less a $25 processing fee). Cancellations will not be accepted after September 21.

Your registration fee includes all sessions and recordings. If you are not able to attend one or more sessions, ADRP will not prorate or refund any part of your registration fee. When does registration close?
Registration closes on September 21, 2020.

What days/times are the sessions?
Sessions will follow the schedule outlined here (link). All session times listed in the program are in Pacific time.

How do I access the sessions?
About a week before ADRP Zooms In, you will receive a confirmation or "know before you go" email with detailed instructions. Within that email there is a link which directs you to the login area containing session links. All sessions will be accessible via Zoom.

Individual video Event links will be available for each session and only registrants will have access to the links. Details on how to join the sessions will be shared with attendees prior to the Event.

Alternatively, you can access any of the sessions by clicking on the “Access Attendee Portal” on the main page or program page.

What is my login information?
You will need to first login to the ADRP site using your username and the password.  Forgot Password? Use the ‘reset password’ link on the login page. An email will be sent to you– if it does not come through right away, please check your junk folders.

Will I be able to move from session to session during the Event?
Yes, you will be able to move from session to session similar to as you would during the in-person Event.

Will I be able to view the recorded archive of virtual sessions?
The virtual sessions will be recorded and available to all registrants. Recordings will be posted within 48 hours after the live sessions take place. The process to access recordings will be similar to the process to log in for the live programs, but you will be able to view sessions at your convenience.

What format are the sessions in?
Sessions will be live lectures, discussions, and/or workshops over a Zoom meeting.

Will sessions be pre-recorded or live?
Sessions will be presented live followed by a live Q&A. The live sessions will also be recorded for those in various time zones who have difficulty attending a live session.

Our goal is to make the virtual discussions as dynamic as possible and to offer alternative opportunities for interaction between speakers and participants.

Do I need to download Zoom to participate in the virtual event?
For the best event experience, we recommend that you download the Zoom Client for Meetings ahead of time: https://zoom.us/download

The web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting, but we recommend that you download the application prior to the conference using the link above for a smoother, more seamless experience.

What are the Zoom system requirements?
