Keri Kallaway Senior Director, Donor Relations and Gift Services Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation
Dear fellow ADRPers,
Welcome to a new year and the opportunity for new beginnings. I’m typically not one to kick off a new year with resolutions, but I do like to commit to a theme (or themes)—something to add focus to the year ahead.
One of my themes for 2021 is making new connections and strengthening connections to those most important to me — personally and professionally.

Celebrating Milestones for UAlbany's Most Loyal Donors
February 16, 2021 | 10:00 AM (PT) / 1:00 PM (ET)
Melissa Fry, Senior Associate Director of Development Communications, University of Albany
Kimberly Verhoff, Senior Director of Donor Relations, University of Albany
About This Webinar
UAlbany's Loyalty Society recognizes donors who faithfully contribute each and every year. Learn how UAlbany's Donor Relations team celebrates milestones for our most loyal donors from 3 to 25+ years of consecutive giving. We'll share how this recognition program has grown from one welcome postcard to a series of touchpoints throughout the donor's lifetime. And how that program has changed during the pandemic. No matter how large or small your team is, you'll take away new ideas on how to acknowledge consecutive donors at your institution year after year.
