Dear fellow ADRPers,

Happy New Year!

Welcome to a new year and the opportunity for new beginnings. I’m typically not one to kick off a new year with resolutions, but I do like to commit to a theme (or themes) - something to add focus to the year ahead.

One of my themes for 2021 is making new connections and strengthening connections to those most important to me – personally and professionally.

And, one of the benefits of ADRP I’ve enjoyed most for more than a decade is the connections I’ve made with so many of you. I’ve learned and grown because of those of you who laid the foundation of ADRP and this network of more than a thousand members, partners and sponsors, guest speakers at International Conferences, Regionals and webinars, and so much more. I simply cannot place a value on what ADRP has done to shape me as a person and professional.

A couple of weeks ago, you received an email announcing the launch of My ADRP. If 2020 taught us anything, it is how important it is to have easily accessible opportunities to connect and network. My ADRP  is the newest networking resource for ADRP members and I encourage you to use this platform to reach out and connect with other professionals like you, and connect with me! This resource will be strong only if we commit to using it and reaching out to one another.

I encourage you to think about what will be most meaningful to you in the year ahead. Whether you choose to make resolutions, develop a theme or neither, make this year matter.

In all, let's promise to support one another in 2021.

Yours in gratitude,

Keri Kallaway
President, ADRP
