Keynote Presentation
Leadership in the Time of COVID-(16)19

Christina Chang

Wednesday, September 23
9:15 AM – 10:15 AM

Presentation Description

As this keynote description goes online, current events will continue to move at an unprecedented pace--this is the only thing we know for sure about 2020. The idea of liminality is one key to navigate uncertainty. Christina Chang will share the changing demographics of our population and how (ill) prepared we are in the advancement field to embrace a majority-diverse America. So how do we bring these things together? How does an authentic, inclusive leader working in dominant culture grapple with being betwixt and between? We will consider what liminal leadership looks like, and begin to discover the liminal leader in you.
