About the Presenters

Larissa Rydin, Vice President of Corporate Alliances, USO (United Service Organization, Inc.)

Larissa Rydin is the VP of Corporate Alliances at the USO, leading a global team focused on driving corporate and institutional fundraising. She brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, corporate development, and non-profit leadership. She lives in Virginia with her husband and two children.

Nola Tolsma, Manager, Corporate Alliances, USO (United Service Organization, Inc.)
	Nola Tolsma is the Manager, Corporate Alliances at the USO, where she oversees Corporate Operations, facilitates partner participation, and serves as primary POC for cross-organization leadership. She lives in Pensacola, FL where her fiancé is stationed with the U.S. Marine Corps.

Nicole McCarthy, Grants & Stewardship Manager, Corporate Alliances, USO (United Service Organization, Inc.)
	Nicole McCarthy is the Grants & Stewardship Manager, Corporate Alliances at the USO, where she manages the corporate grant program and facilitates stewardship of partners through in-depth, customized stewardship reports. She lives in Washington State with her husband, a Marine veteran.
