ADRP 2022 Request for Proposals
Soar to New Heights in Albuquerque, New Mexico September 21–23
The submission deadline has passed. Thank you for your submission!
The ADRP Conference showcases relevant, timely, and innovative ideas to deepen engagement with prospective and current volunteers and donors in philanthropy. This annual event offers professional development at all levels, to learn, collaborate, and network in meaningful and transformational ways. We welcome new and innovative approaches to content delivery as we return to in-person learning opportunities.
Execution is everything…Equip attendees with practical tools to soar to new heights. Skill Building | Sharpen attendees’ skills in areas instrumental to building and scaling transformational programs—including but not limited to—strategy development, project management, measurement and evaluation, and communication planning. Social Responsibility | Connect donors to values-led giving and enhance the impact of philanthropy by teaching attendees how to leverage their communications, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills to help their organizations realize their social responsibility objectives. Leadership and Development | Stewardship and donor relations are management functions. Empower emerging and experienced senior leaders with frameworks for managing successful teams and influencing leadership decision-making in ever-changing local and global environments.
We invite presentations on all topics significant to elevating the field, including foundational skills, theoretical frameworks, leading practices, and guiding resources. Proposals that reflect the expansive depth and breadth nature of donor relations and the realities of today’s workplace are encouraged, including topics:
