About the Webinar

Gain practical insights into leading donor relations teams with confidence, clarity, and a focus on impact, whether you're new to management or refining your approach.  We spend much of our time focused on our donors and our teams, but how many of us were trained on how to be a manager? Join Mark Lanum from Brown University and Angela Altamore, from BWF, as we share strategies, plans and processes we wish we would have been taught earlier on in our careers.

Come along to explore the intersection of people, process, and purpose in donor relations management, and how balancing these elements leads to sustainable success.

  • A list of resources, such as a reading list, project tips, tools, and tricks to spark inspiration.
