Jess Finley

Jess Finley is the Assistant Director of Donor Relations at Syracuse University. In this capacity, she is responsible for the execution of a robust donor-reporting program.  In her almost five years at Syracuse University, Jess has worked to grow a streamlined, comprehensive reporting program for donors of all levels. As part of these efforts, she has managed a systematic program for endowment and restricted program fund stewardship, tracking donor-supported and non-scholarship funds across campus and preparing moving impact stories for donors. Prior to Syracuse University Jess was the Manager of Development and Alumni Relations for The University of Akron’s College of Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering and has over twelve years’ experience in donor relations, fund reporting, and alumni engagement from Akron, Case Western Reserve University where she was the program manager for Donor Relations and Stewardship, and Cornell. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Technology Management from SUNY Delhi and has been a member of ADRP for six years having served as co-chair of the 2019 ISA Committee and chair in 2020.
