Join Christian Roden, Associate Director of Donor Relations at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and a veteran of small departments and nonprofits to discuss the first steps of creating a program, maintaining momentum, and measuring impact of stewardship efforts.

Christian Roden, Associate Director of Donor Relations, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation
	Christian Roden is the Associate Director of Donor Relations at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation. He previously worked as the Assistant Director of Operations and Research at the Libraries of the University of Pennsylvania, and several small nonprofits in the Philadelphia area.
