Claudia is an accomplished professional consultant with 25+ years of nonprofit marketing and management experience with a strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, brand messaging, and interim executive leadership. She has consulted and created integrated marketing campaigns for more than 150 for-profit agencies, nonprofit agencies, and educational organizations. 

Claudia has provided trainings for NY Nonprofit Media FundCon and MarkCon, National Philanthropy Day, National School Foundation Association, New Jersey Education Foundation Partnership, Support Center/Partnership in Philanthropy, and Vera Institute of Justice.

For 20 years, Claudia has served as a devoted board member of DREAM serving on their Strategic Planning Committee since 1991 (awarded Best Board in NYC by Volunteer Consulting Group, 2010), and also serves as the Board Secretary of their DREAM Charter School. Claudia holds a B.A. in Communications from Tulane University and is a proud Brooklynite.

dianeDiane DePaolis, Branding & Design Director

Diane has 20+ years branding experience specializing in brand strategy, development, and implementation of global brand identity programs and launches for both consumer and pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies. Diane’s branding approach works across all media and resonates with all audiences as she creates the right expression for your brand. Diane has worked with a diverse range of companies. Her consumer clients have included Acela, American Express, Amtrak, BMS, Continental Airlines, Gap Inc., Kmart, Lilly, Merck, Nestle, and Sesame Place. Her nonprofit clients have included the Armory, CCFA, Citymeals on Wheels, CoveCare Center, Riverside Park Fund/Clay Tennis Association, William F. Ryan Community Health Network, and UNICEF.

Before starting her consulting business, Diane was EVP Creative Director at FCB, where she was recruited to create and lead a branding division for their network of companies. She has held senior design and brand development positions at G2 and Siegal+Gale.

Diane also is an adjunct professor at Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in the communication department and graduated from Parsons School of Design.
