About the Webinar

Emerging from a transactional fundraising approach, with a history of little to no transformational gifts, we were charged with developing a principal gift program that would improve the pipeline flow for transformational gift opportunities and conversations by activating 50 plans within the first year, along with better stewarding of the few principal gift donors we did have. This session will outline how we built a cross-divisional team comprised of central services, partnered with our frontline fundraisers, evolved our practices utilizing Microsoft technology and have successfully and dramatically improved our principal gift pipeline flow, donor-centered stewardship and success. We will share sample documents, obstacles and wins, how this is scalable to each shop, and where we are heading with our program.
