We Want to Showcase Your Great Work in Donor Relations. Will You Help Us?

ADRP has entered into a strategic partnership with the Growth in Giving Initiative and the Fundraising Effectiveness Project to showcase outstanding work in donor relations and stewardship. Our goal in this project is to show how an intentional focus on improving the donor experience can change fundraising outcomes and performance and WE NEED YOUR HELP!

What Do I Have to Do to Participate and How Long Should This Take?

  • Participating organizations will be evaluated by non-identifiable donor information using the Fundraising Fitness Test (FFT). Organizations will provide a few simple fields (Anonymized donor ID, gift date, gift amount) showing how donors have given to their organizations over time.
    • How Long Should This Take? Many organizations can do this step in as little as 15 minutes, while others take longer depending upon what donor software they use. All participating organizations will receive coaching on how to run the FFT and benefit from their results.
  • Select organizations will participate in an interview process in which donor relations and stewardship practices will be highlighted to show how they are positively changing fundraising outcomes.
    • How Long Should This Take? Select organizations will be interviewed about donor relations and stewardship practices and interviews are expected to take approximately one hour.
What Else Should I Know?
  • Participating organizations will receive their own customized results from the Fundraising Fitness Test which highlights information about YOUR fundraising program. The test empowers your organization to learn more about everything from donor retention to how your donors are giving to you over time. The test is free to all selected organizations.
    • Select organizations may also receive FREE customized coaching based on your test results from one of the most certified fundraising professionals in the world on how to improve their philanthropic outcomes.

ADRP is accepting requests until March 1 from member organizations who wish to participate. We particularly hope that as a non-higher education organization, you’ll consider this request. We anticipate the project to begin in mid-March. For more information, please contact our office. We look forward to partnering with you to show how YOUR WORK is making a difference!
