Just as no two donor relations teams are the same, no two leaders are either.  How can you begin to discover your authentic leadership style, and use this knowledge to better serve your team, your donors and your career?  We’ll introduce you to Robert E. Quinn’s Moments of Greatness: Entering the Fundamental State of Leadership, and invite you to participate in a highly interactive discussion about how you can begin to lead like no one else.

Participants will walk away with tools to evaluate what kind of leader they are, and will work as a group to develop ideas for building on their strengths and addressing their challenges.  We will provide a reading list and suggested resources to support attendees in their quest for authentic leadership.
