About the Webinar

Are your donors reading what you write? You and your team spend hours researching, writing, and designing reports. How often do you hear back from donors after you send them a report? UCSF has adopted a platform that eliminates issues with file sizes, provides a secure way to share documents, and empowers us to send multiple documents, videos, and more: all with just one link. After our first few years of gathering and analyzing the data on donor engagement with our materials, we've adapted our templates and our approach to make our materials more donor-friendly and accessible.

Learning Objectives

  1. Using data to analyze donor engagement
  2. How to pivot your reporting approach based on this data
  3. Discussions of privacy/security related to digital delivery
