Description:
Lotus of Siam's chef and owner Saipin Chutima has trained in the art of Thai cooking since early childhood. This highly regarded Las Vegas establishment was described as the "the single best Thai restaurant in North America" by Gourmet magazine and has been showcased on the Travel Channel and Food Network. It also earned the prestigious James Beard award for Best Chef: Southwest in 2011. The menu at Lotus of Siam features more than 150 dishes, including traditional curries and noodle bowls, favorite Northern Thai specialties and a number of exclusive signature offerings.
