Do donors ever call and say, "I made a gift years ago and never heard from you again?" Do you get rush requests from fundraisers, asking for reports right before they are about to re-solicit a donor? Have you found major gaps in your reporting and recognition programs?

This presentation will cover how to audit your funds for stewardship, to move your program from a reactive approach to a proactive, strategic program that ensures consistent stewardship for donors at varying giving levels. This will include what kinds of data to pull, how to partner with IS and finance teams, how to present data to your fundraisers, how to use the data to inform standards and thresholds for your program, and how to track outcomes in your donor database.
