One badly addressed invitation mailing can scuttle the entire personalized stewardship plan your team so carefully crafted. Improper handling of hyphenated or differing last names can alienate a promising principal donor.

Does your institution suffer from repeated mailing list name edits, constituents complaining about the format of their mailings, or solicitors mistakenly calling prospects by the wrong name? Does anyone really know the difference between Title 1 and Title 2, Suffix 1 and Suffix 2? These could be signs of bad addressees and salutations. This session will provide you with the tools you need to make sense of those biographical fields and a template plan of attack to help you weather the storm of data integrity and mitigation. A standard suite for everyday usage is included.
