Have you ever been working with someone and say, “I just don’t understand them.” Have you ever stopped and wondered, “Why don’t people get me?” Fundraising, especially major gift fundraising, is about building relationships. The same is true for donor relations. To build successful, meaningful, long-lasting relationships, you must be able to make a connection and establish trust – both are essential for closing major gifts and retaining existing donors. In this session, we will explore how personality types play a critical role in relationship building, using an easy to learn and easy to remember personality assessment called True Colors®.

Through this two-part session you may just learn that there is more to philanthropy than just green.

Note: This is a two-part session limited to 80 attendees each. Participation in Part II requires attendance in Part I.
