A truly donor centric experience is no longer just a simple thank you.  While a heartfelt thank you is still critical, the donor experience also encompasses equally important aspects, such as communications, branding, recognition systems, events and public relations. If you consider every touchpoint your donors interact with at your institution, you need to ask yourself, are you delivering an experience your donors expect, want, ask for?

A great donor experience is no longer the sole responsibility of the Donor Relations team, but a collaborative effort that touches all corners of your institution. The experience you provide to all individuals in your organization, not only your donors, is essential to instilling a culture of philanthropy.

This session will take you on a journey through Arkansas Children’s to explain the role of donor experience across their Little Rock and Northwest Arkansas locations. You will examine the critical role donor journey mapping can play and gain insights on how to align your team/decision makers to champion your strategy.

Fred will be joined by Devin Hollis from Brook Recognition during this session.
