Our most precious resource is our human capital. Having great employees is vital to making our operations run effectively. They provide confidence and trust in fundraising information, and create a vibrant workplace. Building a quality team requires understanding strengths and weaknesses of your current team, insightful assessment of those you might hire to become part of your team, and constant management of human relations through high demand and high stress times, as well as when times are slow. This session is led by two senior administrators who have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of staffing for development operations. Come take advantage of the strategies they have developed for hiring right and developing teams.
