Presented by:
Kathleen Casanova

Session Description:

Many organizations are still using traditional search models and techniques to try and address the lack of diversity on their team and fill their constant stream of development vacancies. But what can hiring managers do to optimize their time and resources to find and hire their dream candidates? By making a few simple shifts, you can learn to identify what you need done on your team, who the best person is to accomplish it and how to find the unicorns in our field. In this session you’ll learn why increasing diversity on your team is critical to your donors and to your success as well as what concrete steps you can take to improve your hiring process, reduce hiring bias and increase your teams’ ability to recruit, hire and seal the deal with candidates who will deliver results.
