Extreme Makeover: Metrics Edition: Using Metrics for Good
|
Session Description:Are you looking to access new resources to expand your team or establish a new program, or needing to reallocate your budget due to funding limitations? Come and learn how to use everyday management metrics for good. This session seeks to illustrate how to establish and use strategic metrics to advocate and access more resources. The speaker will share proven techniques on how she grew a team and reallocated the programming budget from serving one school to four over three years, with no additional funding. Participants will also learn how to visually unfold the story of those metrics for leadership. Prior to the conference, participants are encouraged to email [email protected] a scenario where metrics help is needed. The speaker will select one or two and work with submissions prior to the session and incorporate the "before and after" into the presentation. |
