Ever wish you could prove your worth in your fundraising department or with your organization? ADRP, the Growth in Giving Initiative, and the Fundraising Effectiveness Project teamed up to identify case studies of outstanding donor relations work, at work! In this presentation, you will hear about some incredible donor relations practices and their IMPACT on their fundraising departments and organizations. We will discuss case studies that have delivered real results—for their donors, for their organizations, and for the missions they serve.

Erik J. Daubert, MBA, ACFRE, serves as Chair of the Growth in Giving Initiative and the Fundraising Effectiveness Project in addition to serving as Faculty with the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, LaGrange College, and Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He also serves as Affiliated Scholar with the Center on Nonprofits and Philanthropy at the Urban Institute. Erik is Immediate Past Chair of the AFP Research Council and Director of Financial Development Education at the YMCA of the USA, where he works to expand the philanthropic capacity of the YMCA worldwide.
