Cincinnati Children's has an active young professionals group that, until recently, were not considered a strategic audience for event participation. In the past two years, the donor relations officers have found a way to engage the YPs in our signature black tie gala by developing a host structure for our Celestial Ball After Party. We've since developed a plan that will help to continue to grow the relationship and engage these millennials throughout the year with our other signature event, Cincinnati Walks for Kids. The purpose of our presentation will be to help identify this young audience, create opportunities for engagement, and develop plans for continuous involvement, including both cultivation and stewardship. Join us as we share best practices and lessons we have learned along the way.

Through her role she designs and executes donor events for a diverse demographic of guests. Events range in strategy from the cultivation of new event donors, to stewardship of major donors. Bridgette is focused on creating unique event experiences for donors that foster a stronger connection between the community and donors to the hospital's mission.
