Change in upper administration is inevitable.  Whether you have just received news that your boss is leaving or you have decided to make a move yourself, each of us will come face to face with a new "sheriff".  Will she be a micromanager?  Will he bring in his own posse?  Will she appreciate my level of expertise?  Will he like me?  The questions are endless. Panelists will discuss ways to understand and adjust to the new administrator.  Knowing how your life might change can help you adjust to the new leadership while allowing you the opportunity to enhance your department's reputation.
