Lisa M. Brown

Texas Health Resources Foundation (Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas):  Lisa is the Manager of Donor Relations at the Texas Health Resources Foundation, one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health systems in the United States.  Lisa is responsible for all donor relations activities for the donors to Texas Health’s thirteen wholly owned acute care hospitals.  Her role includes acknowledgement, recognition, stewardship, events and giving societies.


 

Janet Burrell

Janet Burrell is the Director, Donor Relations and Stewardship at London Health Sciences Foundation (LHSF) in London, Ontario, Canada.  Janet leads a team of 3 and has responsibility for all aspects of stewardship including donor cultivation and recognition as well as gift agreements, institutional naming, and impact reporting.  Janet’s career in development spans 19 years and includes experience in major giving, special events and gaming.  Prior to joining LHSF, Janet worked in various departments at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) in many hospital programs including patient registration, labour and delivery, critical care, psychiatry and case costing, affording Janet a unique perspective on the patient experience and the Foundation’s case for support.

April Cleary

April is Manager of Stewardship at the Inova Health Foundation.  Inova is a not-for profit healthcare system with a comprehensive network of hospitals, health facilities and primary and specialty care physician practices serving two million people each year from the Washington, DC, metro area.   She currently is responsible for planning and executing a coordinated program for stewardship across the Inova Health System.  This includes managing seven giving societies, maintaining all donor walls and implementing a streamlined process for donor impact reports.  April has thirteen years’ experience in the non-profit sector and three years’ experience in stewardship. 

Debbie Daggett

Debbie is the Manager of Stewardship at Asante, a three-hospital system in southern Oregon. Debbie is responsible for developing and implementing all stewardship activities for the Asante Foundation. Her roles include creating individual cultivation and stewardship plans, internal communication and stewardship, all restricted fund activity, and engaging the Foundation board in stewardship. Debbie has had 10 years’ experience in Development in a hospital setting.
