David Carrillo

David is an award winning freelance videographer and Donor Reporting Associate at the University of San Francisco. David’s film background began at USF where he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Culture with a focus in Film Studies. He has worked in production companies in San Francisco and London and most recently worked as a freelance videographer using his affinity for pathos and aesthetics to create videos for clients including USF. In 2013, David became a full-time team member at the University of San Francisco in the Donor Engagement and Stewardship Department. His portfolio includes the oversight of student engagement activities including management of our student thank you letter program, working with the Student Philanthropy Committee, and managing our student attendees for stewardship events. With the support of his colleagues, he also plays creator, director and editor for all of the stewardship videos at the University of San Francisco.


Beth Flynn

Beth is the Stewardship Coordinator for Donor Reporting at the University of San Francisco. She oversees a suite of donor reporting communications including endowment reporting, scholarship reporting, and individualized stewardship reporting. With her colleagues, Beth helped pioneer the use of video as a reporting and engagement tool at USF. Since implementation of the use of video, she has helped expand the range of uses for video reporting including as student thank you vignettes, top donor engagement tools, and for broad based mass audience stewardship. Beth has been a proud member of ADRP since 2012 and is also a graduate student at the University of San Francisco in the Master of Nonprofit Administration program and will graduate in December 2014!


Jenni Peterson

Jenni currently serves as the Development Associate for the Edgar M. Bronfman Center for Jewish Student Life at New York University. Prior to her position at NYU, Jenni was a Donor Engagement Associate working alongside Beth and David at the University of San Francisco. In collaboration with colleagues, she spearheaded the video stewardship program at USF, including the production of a poignant black-and-white video entitled “Thank You” that won a CASE Award of Excellence. Jenni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from USF. She served as Sponsorship Chair for last year’s ADRP International Conference and is proud to have been an active member for four years.
