Building a Major Donor Program From Scratch
Thursday
, September 18
10:30 - 11:30 AM

Katherine DeFoyd will explore how fundraising planning can be used as a force for good to focus the fundraising efforts of an undisciplined but visionary founder for measurable success. We will create interactive activities so that participants can “workshop” key major donor strategies. We will share our planning methodology and the goals, objectives, strategies and action plan. The workshop will illuminate best practices in fundraising, define and delineate the roles and responsibilities of board members and staff, and suggest a planning and tracking structure that ensures fundraising success.
