Join Jayne Dumolt and Rebecca Jamison to review the audit performed at Texas Children's Hospital, one of the nation's leaders in patient care, education and research. In this discussion we will discuss: recognition standards and policies, supporting major gifts and campaigns with recognition data, leveraging investment in recognition, web-based stewardship management tools, improving staff time management, and resolving donor inquiries to combat donor attrition.

Jayne Dumolt
Jayne Dumolt is the Associate Director of Stewardship & Donor Relations at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she is responsible for creating and implementing processes to steward donors. She has more than a decade of experience working in non-profit fundraising. In an effort to improve institutional management of donor recognition and naming opportunities, Jayne partnered with Rebecca and Honorcraft to establish a system for organizing and tracking recognition assets.
Rebecca Jamison
Rebecca brings Honorcrafts' 50 plus years of donor recognition experience to the discussion. As Director of LegacyCurator, Rebecca has performed extensive donor recognition audits, providing complete digital records of institutional recognition to non-profits of all shapes and sizes. Rebecca has a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from Bentley University and holds a graduate certificate in Sustainable Development from UMASS Dartmouth.
