How I Met Your Metrics (With Apologies to Neil Patrick Harris)
Wednesday, September 17
2:45 - 3:45 PM

Putting your finger on the impact of donor relations can be difficult. We know that the work of donor relations acknowledging, appreciating, building donor engagement, and demonstrating outcomes, is key to successful fundraising, but quantifying the impact of donor relations is a challenge. This session will share how donor relations shops around the country are measuring their work. We'll also discuss metrics design do's and dont's that will help you avoid common pitfalls. Join us for an interactive discussion about how we can design smart metrics that allow us to evaluate and share the results of good donor relations work. In advance of this facilitated conversation, please submit your questions about metrics and samples of the metrics you are tracking to [email protected].
