The Acknowledgment Pyramid
Friday
, September 19
1:15 - 2:15 PM

Increasingly, regardless of the size of the gift, donors want to know that they've made a difference and that we've used their gift as they intended. How can our acknowledgments, the first step in the stewardship cycle, "get at" this donor desire, without over-taxing our systems and our resources? This session will explore how Hamilton College committed to consolidating and coordinating its acknowledgment process to increase personalization and stewardship touches. Presentation will discuss the steps and stages, including a look at breaking with tradition; dreaming big, while addressing and managing expectations; achieving buy-in, and allowing for "tweaking"/enhancements over time.

This session is limited to 20 attendees, so register early to reserve your spot!
