Prospect research and donor relations are two sides of the same coin. Prospect research finds the donor, while donor relations thanks them so they’ll keep giving. In this interactive session learn about informal and intentional partnerships between prospect research and donor relations. Bond Lammey

Bond T. Lammey is a senior associate at Bentz Whaley Flessner specializing in prospect development. Prior to joining BWF, Bond led prospect research efforts at the University of Chicago, where she oversaw the central prospect research team. While Bond was at the University of Chicago, the prospect research team launched a proactive prospect identification process, established a single-source rating system, and expanded international prospecting efforts. Bond received her BA in Sociology and her MM in Nonprofit Administration, both from North Park University. She is a former treasurer of APRA-IL and was roundtable co-chair for the 27th Annual APRA International Conference.


Eliza McNulty

Eliza McNulty is Stewardship Manager, Financial Development at YMCA of the USA, the national resource office for the network of 2,700 local YMCAs. In this role, she manages a portfolio of corporate and foundation national partners, monitoring program progress toward deliverables in grant agreements, monitoring spending, writing reports, assisting with re-grant processes and recognizing donors. She has more than 15 years fundraising experience in health care, university and national membership offices, including positions at Loyola University Health System and the Elks National Foundation. Eliza is a board member of the ADRP and served as content co-chair for the 2012 ADRP international conference. She holds a MM in Nonprofit Administration from North Park University and a B.S. Biology degree from Indiana University.
