Organizations can optimize their donor relations impact by strengthening the partnership between development officers and donor relations professionals. This can be achieved across a variety of models, in all organization types; including the innovative approach Oklahoma State has taken by embedding a donor relations position within each of its college development teams. This panel session will explore how different models enable staff to give donors uniquely positive experiences that strengthen their connection to our organizations and motivate them to continue their support.
