Because the format of last year’s Annual Meeting
was such a success, and because our Annual International Conference has ta
ken a virtual twist, we will once again be providing updates from the board
to you via webinar. As a member of our association, you're entitled to an
understanding of the health and vitality of ADRP and the work that your boa
rd of directors has done to advance our services to you and to our professi
on.
This year, our Annual Meeting will be held on Thu
rsday, September 10, 2020. Not only does the virtual meeting enabl
e access beyond just those who attend the conference, but also the oppo
rtunity to ask questions of ADRP leadership. We will also record the
session for those not able to join us during this date and time. All ADRP m
embers will have an opportunity to access the information at your convenien
ce.

Keri Kallaway, Senior Director, Donor Relations and Gift Se rvices, Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation
Keri Kallaway h as 21 years of nonprofit experience and currently serves as Senior Director , Donor Relations and Gift Services at Children's Hospital Colorado Foundat ion. She began her tenure at the Foundation in 2007 and was responsible for the inception of their Donor Relations program. Some of her accomplishment s include planning and implementing key areas of the program such as an int ernal and external endowment reporting processes, establishing lifetime giv ing societies and refining and centralizing stewardship processes such as t he organization's acknowledgment process and donor cultivation/stewardship events.
Mi chal Shaw, Oklahoma State University Foundation
Mic hal Shaw serves as both the Assistant Vice President of Donor Relations and the Director of Women for OSU at Oklahoma State University Foundation. She has over fifteen years of experience in higher education fundraising that includes research, prospect management, scholarship administration, complia nce, donor relations, and special events. In her current role, she oversees a team of twelve donor relations professionals who seek to build and stren gthen relationships through strategic communications and engagement opportu nities that celebrate donor impact. Other responsibilities include the over sight of Women for Oklahoma State University — the University's women's phi lanthropy program. Michal is honored to serve as the incoming ADRP Presiden t for 2019 – 2020. Prior speaking engagements include, but are not limited to CASE, ADRP, AASP, APRA, Academic Impressions, and Big 12 Development Con ferences.
