About the Webinar
Understanding the interplay between stewardship and cultivation is crucial for success in today's dynamic fundraising landscape. Building off our 2024 conference presentation, "Stew-ivation: Where Stewardship and Cultivation Collide", this year's topic of "Stew-ivation for the Generations," explores how these two concepts work hand-in-hand to build and retain lasting donor relationships. We will delve into the unique characteristics and preferences of different generational cohorts, and discuss tailored techniques to effectively engage and motivate each group.
Learning Objectives
- Define stewardship and cultivation in the context of fundraising & highlight the importance of integrating these strategies.
- Analyze the distinct fundraising preferences of various generational cohorts (Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z).
- Provide actionable techniques for engaging each generation in fundraising efforts.
