Your Conference Experience

A truly successful conference is not just about filling your brain with as much new knowledge as you can and collecting as many business cards as possible. It's equally as important to us that you truly enjoy your time in Seattle—especially since the Emerald City is our home base! We've put together an excellent program of Dine-Arounds, Excursions, Be Good to Me's, and Networking Events, as well as a series of guides to help you navigate all that we have to offer.  Also, new this year we have a Conference Mobile App giving you the opportunity to network and organize your schedule in advance of the conference!

2. When you get to the last step before check out (called “shopping cart”) click on the yellow “change price” button.
3. A pop-up will appear. Enter “ADRP” as the coupon code and click the yellow “Unlock” button
4. Under “Select New Ticket Price”, change the drop down menu to say “Convention Adult(Conv_Adult)”
5. Click the yellow “Change Discount” button and continue checking out

Note: If anyone wants to be walked through the process of entering the code please call 206-441-4687 for help.

Mobile App

This year, we've created a brand new online community to kick off your conference experience before you even get to The Westin Seattle. Now you can start conversations, ask questions of the speakers, and build your personal schedule of educational sessions all in one spot.  You will receive a personalized invitation to join the community and update your profile.  This invitation will allow you to create create your login information for future access.

What else can you do in the 2014 conference mobile app? We're so glad you asked! You can:

  • View the profiles and interests of the other attendees
  • Discover which contacts from Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn are also attending
  • Build your personalized schedule of sessions to attend
  • Download hand-outs and materials in advance of the conference
  • Schedule one-on-one meetings with other attendees
  • Join the conversations we're having about the topics that are critical to Donor Relations today
  • Save the community to the home screen of your smart phone, just like an app, so you have access from now through the conference, and after!

Don’t forget to continue to utilize this mobile app during the conference!  Save the community to your home screen of your smart phone, just like an app that you’d download in the app store.  Not sure how to add it to your home screen?  Here are detailed instructions for Android users and iPhone users.

We look forward to connecting with you online!
