Conference Scholarships

ADRP offers scholarships to the International Conference.  Through the Sheryl A. Blair Scholarship program, ADRP grants up to 10 scholarships each year to cover conference expenses.

Established in 2007 to honor the memory of former ADRP board member Sheryl A. Blair, scholarships of $1,000 each are available to newcomers or established members in the donor relations/stewardship field.  Expenses incurred beyond the scholarship award amount are the responsibility of the recipient.  

Blair Scholars will be recognized at the International Conference. Recipients agree to provide a post-Conference “brief,” highlighting their attendance experience.

Eligibility Guidelines

General Criteria

• A majority of the applicant’s position must be focused on donor relations and/or stewardship activities
• Applicant must be a member of ADRP.

Newcomers

Two years or less in current position and less than four years total of development/fundraising experience.

Established Professionals

More than two years in current position.

Demonstrated involvement or contribution to the profession through involvement with ADRP, AFP, CASE, APRA, AHP or other, similar organizations.
